In July 2026, we opened our brand-new, purpose built museum situated within Te Puna Mahara | Cromwell Memorial Events Centre on Melmore Terrace alongside Lake Dunstan 

Our new museum is a must-visit destination for locals and visitors alike, a museum that celebrates the heritage and culture of Central Otago and will be a vibrant community space for learning and connection.
